Are you ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a Program Director/Afternoons for our 3 station cluster in Owatonna, Minnesota! Be on the Southern Minnesota Famous 100,000 Watts KOWZ FM. If you have emerging strength in developing and building positive culture, are well organized, have good air/production skills and feel you’re ready, this may be for you. Knowledge of Music Master, FCC compliance, media touch are a big plus. This position requires you reside in Owatonna MN. Summers are very busy, as with every radio jobs, but come with extra earnings through talent fees. You will work with and be mentored by our larger market industry leaders to help you grow professionally, so being open to direction and executing initiatives through this process is a must.
